New in Version 7.5 - it is possible to clear all the data values from a workbook. Go to FluenceXL -> Extras -> Clear all data values. This does the following:
- Clears all grids
- Sets any FluenceXL Formulae to "Working..."
The workbook can then be saved or published. For a saved workbook the numbers will only be re-retrieved once the workbook is loaded and the grids & formulae are refreshed. For a published report, the published file will not contain any data and the numbers will only be retrieved after the report is viewed in Web Edition
