FluenceXL Web Edition can be set up to use HTTPS to ensure that data going to and from the server is encrypted. Please see this Microsoft support article for more information about how to set up HTTPS.
If the website has been set up to use HTTPS then "Website is setup as HTTPS" will be checked in the FluenceXL Web configuration utility. Click the "Apply" button to ensure FluenceXLWeb has the correct settings to support this.
