Creates a pie chart that is rendered in an Excel cell.
Syntax
XL3SparkPie( Data, Output, InRows, [Colour1], [Colour2], [Colour3], [Colour4], [Colour5], [Colour6], [Colour7], [Colour8], [Label] )
